Aim using the mouse and fire your cannon by holding down the left mouse button.
Press the  to change weapons. 
The three bars at the bottom left show your power-up levels. 

Power-ups:

• Missiles: They wll home in on asteroids but not on enemy ships.
• Spreadshots: They will increase the spread of your weapon.
• Pulse: This is the most powerful power-up but also has the longest reload time and the shortest range.
• All Power-up can be leveled up by picking up power orbs.

Tips:

• Check the medals screen to see unlockables and game stats.
• The yellow bar shows your progress though the level.
